Wild Wellness at Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park and World Birding Center

Learn about your body and mind through yoga, meditation, and forest bathing techniques.  Exercise in nature can set you at ease and improve your overall wellness.  Follow at your own pace, and improve over time by making this part of a regular routine.

• Bring:  Water, sun protection, bug repellant, yoga mat, and comfortable exercise clothing
• Meet: Park Headquarters, Tram Turnaround
• Registration:  Attendance is limited.  Call (956) 584-9156 or sign up at Park Headquarters to reserve your spot.  Registration starts on the 1st of the month.
• Cost: Entry fee is $5 for ages 13 & older and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass.)
