Bentsen Rio Grande Valley is home to many plant species that are unique to the area and have many, sometimes unexpected, uses.  Join us as we take a walk and explore some of these green wonders.

  • Bring:  Sunscreen, Hat, Water, Comfortable Shoes
  • Meet: Park Headquarters, Tram Turnaround
  • Registration:  Registration Not Required
  • Cost: Entry fee is $5 for ages 13 & older and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass.)
